| Living this close to the beach was probably a lot more fun when these houses didn't cost $750,000. The two houses nearest the camera have been rebuilt more often than Martha Stewart changes the dishes in her kitchen. If you are willing to drive for a few minutes to get to the same beaches you can cut your house payment by about $8000 a month. I doubt if you can get insurance here; so how can they get a home loan? |
